Upon completing the foundational  three degrees within the Blue Lodge, each Rite invites members to deepen their personal quest through its own unique framework.

The Philosophical Temple extends this opportunity not only to our own Brothers and Sisters, but also to Master Masons of other Rites who desire a novel initiatory perspective. Here, members may explore a unique reading of Freemasonry aimed at confronting the timeless questions of existence, the universe, the self, and the mystery of life after physical death, without ignoring contemporary theories on matter and consciousness. 

 

Within the Philosophical Temple, along a path encompassing seven Grades, such inquiries are refined through study, praxis, and fraternal exchange of individual insights.

The architecture departs from that commonly practiced within the Egyptian Rites, and is the result of a recent decision of the Grand Patriarchs of our Tradition. It is important to state, our higher grades are not conferred by word but in full ceremony, thus providing a truly initiatic experience which is conducive to the realisation of the ultimate goal of our Rite.

We do not append external Rites or Orders to our system. Deep study of our Library of Traditions has demonstrated the initiatory corpus of our rites is itself complete. 

 

Throughout the Masonic year, we compliment our propaedeutic sessions  and formal curriculum with dedicated workshops which bring to life various elements of the grades in light of the Occidental esoteric traditions.​​​
